The most popular bit of news among Indians here is that China Airlines now offers direct flights to New Delhi from Rome. Something that Air India should have done but can't be bothered. No doubt, Indians in Italy will add another 0.1% to Taiwan's burgeoning GDP!

3 Indian airports - New Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru - and one Italian airport -Bergamo - are among the top 5 most-delayed airports. If other airports think they are in the comfort zone, think again - swanky, glitzy and hyper disciplined Beijing is in 6th place. No KLM to Hyderabad
As air travel begins to get affected by the global economic situation, KLM is suspending flights to Hyderabad from February 1,2009. The alternative carrier to take, as we posted a couple of months ago, is BA.
